Introducing Google Analytics and AdWords integration.
You may now integrate your Google Analytics/Adwords and LiveHelpNow accounts to be able to track Chat, Pre-chat, Ticket, Pre-ticket, Survey, Pre-survey, Callback and Pre-callback LiveHelpNow events in Google Analytics reports.
Events are shown as virtual page views in your Google Analytics reports.
To integrate your LiveHelpNow account with Google Analytics simply enter your Google Analytics account ID in Admin Panel->System Setup->System Settings
Other updates in this mini-release:
Ticket system now allows up to 10 custom fields (used to be limited to 5 fields only).
Ticket system now allows adding text areas and datepicker fields.
Ticket created in Operator Panel may be now also assigned to
operators or departments (eliminates the extra step which used to be create ticket then
assign ticket, now you may create & assign tickets in one step)
