LiveHelpNow announces price change on May 1st, 2011
Tuesday, April 19, 2011 - admin
LiveHelpNow team would like to share the good news that 2010 was a banner year for us – we grew by leaps and bounds, made dramatic improvements to the LiveHelpNow suite and for the second straight year received industry accolades for the quality of our system and service. We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for their loyalty and for the great feedback they've given us; their suggestions have helped us to design a more powerful and versatile set of customer support tools. We couldn’t have done it without them!
We're planning many other features and innovations that we hope and expect will keep us at the front of web-based customer service technology. However, we project that the R&D, engineering and testing required will present a significant financial challenge for us. When we crunched the numbers, we reluctantly came to the realization that we won't be able to continue improving the application and supporting our ever-growing customer base without increasing the subscription price.
However, customers with subscription started before May 2011 will remain at $9 per agent per product base monthly rate, guaranteed, for the next three years. It won't be until May 1, 2014, that the monthly subscription fee will increase to $21 per agent per product – still, we hope you'll agree, a tremendous value. We also hope you understand that we intend to take the additional revenue and put it right back into the LiveHelpNow package.
New customers will pay $21 per agent per product per month after April 30th of 2011, so if you have associates whose businesses could benefit from implementing the same efficient and economical web-based customer care you offer to your customers with LiveHelpNow, please let them know that they too can take advantage of the $9 rate for the next three years if they sign on before the end of April.
Once again, thank you for continuing with us as we grow and please know that we're here for you as much as you're there for your clients.
