LiveHelpNow natively integrates with Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp and many others.
We provide two ways to integrate LiveHelpNow with other systems we currently do not integrate with.
Webhooks, real-time data streaming
Webhooks API is a feature your webmaster will love. It provides a customizable, dynamic, streaming API. Subscribe to chat or ticket events such as "open", "closed", "assigned" and receive specific chat, ticket and visitor data in a format specified by you in real time!
Eventing API may be configured in Admin Panel->Integrations & Partners->Webhooks
