Michael Kavinson - CEO
Mr. Kavinson, a founding partner and CEO of Stelex, has over 25 years experience in strategic business management. He has held a wide variety of positions in the Medical Device and Consulting Industries. He has served as the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategic Planning for Vital Signs, Inc. (NASDAQ:VITL). Most recently, he has established CQV LLC a regulatory consulting firm. After meeting Mr. Kansky, founder of LiveHelpNow, Mr. Kavinson became an investor and a strategic partner. Mr. Kavinson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Temple University.
Michael Kansky - CTO
Mr. Kanksy is the creator and founding shareholder of LiveHelpNow, Inc. Using his knowledge of company formation
and software development, Mr. Kansky created and established four other successful software companies.
His career in Information Technology spans more than fifteen years and his work experience includes leadership
positions in the IT divisions of Pharmaceutical, Gaming/Coin-OP, Healthcare, Higher Education, Financial and
Manufacturing industries. Mr. Kanksy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Temple University.
David Armstrong - Director of Marketing
Mr. Armstrong is the lead developer and marketing strategist of LiveHelpNow Inc.
Mr. Armstrong focuses on the technical startup of small companies and the creation of their niche based marketing
initiatives. Once his formula is implemented, Mr. Armstrong then directs his targeted clientelle to dynamically
tested landing pages. His consistent overview delivers high conversion rates.
Mr. Armstrong has over 20 years experience in the management of customer service operations, technical support, and
sales departements.
Edward Perelman - Manager of Customer Service
Edward brings to our clients 7+ years of professional customer service, sales and sales management experience within the telecom end-user environment.
His past experience as a client care professional within the complex business to business telecom systems environment combined with his management background provides our clients with real input into the development of their customer support teams.
